Fractional ablative laser

The fractional laser is used to treat:

  • Wrinkles
  • Acne scars
  • Stretch Marks

The laser emits light, in the case of fractional lasers it takes the form of a micro-beam.
This results in small pits in the skin, separated by spaces of healthy skin.
These healthy skin intervals allow faster healing by stimulating the natural cell regeneration process.

We use 2 types of fractional ablative lasers:

  • Co2 laser
  • Erbium laser

The expected results:

  • Smooth, less wrinkled skin
  • More radiant complexion with attenuation of brown spots
  • Improving acne scars
  • Attenuation of stretch marks
  • Look more rested
  • Reduction of wrinkles and fine lines

Things you should know:

  • An anesthetic cream is applied to the area to be treated 1 hour before the session.
  • Anticipate anti-herpes prevention, if history of herpes, in case of treatment on the face.
  • Tingling or even burning sensation during the session.
  • Appearance of small crusts on the treated area which disappear in 3 to 4 days.
  • Skin tightness and discomfort for several days.
  • It is essential to protect the skin from sun exposure during the entire healing period.
  • Several sessions are necessary to obtain an optimal effect. It takes an interval of 4 to 6 weeks between 2 sessions.
